It is important to us that all our customers are happy with the results they get from using SimplyC, and we want as many people to try SimplyC as possible, so we have introduced our “No Risk” Guarantee.
Try SimplyC for yourself for 30 days and if you are not 100% satisfied with the results you can contact us to arrange the return of the unused portion for a full refund*.
When you contact us on 1300 751 633 we will talk through how you are using SimplyC and get your feedback.
We will then take your contact details and send you a return authorisation letter that you can take with you to return the unused portion of SimplyC to your place of purchase for a full refund.
The retailer can then return the unused portion to us, along with a copy of the authorisation letter to claim a stock credit.
